We might have been unwell during this past month or under other circumstances, unable to fully fast a day or two.
As we have not completed a full day, we do need to keep track of the number of days missed so we are able fulfil them before the next Ramadhan.
Have a notepad and write down the amount of days missed if you prefer pen and paper or use a notepad application on your mobile phone.
The last thing you need is to be unsure of the days you are required to fast before the following Ramadhan.
