Sleeping through the pre-dawn meal?
Even if we scale back our activities during the month of Ramadhan, we still require a certain amount of calories to function throughout the day.
As much as we feel can do so and skip the pre-dawn meal. It is actually not to your benefit. You will feel even more lethargic and not able to function as you would like to.
It is generally recognised as the single most important meal of the day during Ramadhan!
