Best skin routine that is natural with yogurt and honey

The lactic acid found in yogurt will help reduce the appearance of enlarged pores and tightening them and also help dissolve dead skin. Honey on the other hand contains antioxidants that will help repair skin and protect it from daily environmental damage.

With that being said, it is only natural that you can create a face-mask that contains both yogurt and honey. This will provide nourishing treatment for your skin.

How do you make a face mask with both ingredients:
1) one or two tablespoon of full fat yogurt
2) one tablespoon of sidr honey
3) Mix the mixture till they are set into a paste
4) Cleanse your face and apply the paste evenly without touching your eyes
5) Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water

Points to take note:
We suggest you use this mask once a week to get optimal effects for your skin. We also recommend the use of Sidr honey (Raw organic honey) as it comes from the jujubee tree. This tree is blessed with antioxidants and is antibacterial properties. Other notable mentions would be manuka honey.

We also do recommend full fat yogurt to ensure your skin gets all the moisturisation and nourishment it deserves. Although you could still use low fat yogurt it that is what you find in your fridge.
