Feeling de-hydrated throughout the day?
As much as we ensure a wholesome meal pre-dawn with sufficient carbohydrates and nutrients. We at times do neglect not hydrating ourselves sufficiently.
Here is a tip to ensure your body has enough to last the day. Ensure for the evening before. aim for at least 8 glasses of water consumed by bedtime. If it is not possible, ensure you complete that target by sahur. If it helps too, get a bottle to help you measure accordingly!
