Best way to exercise during Ramadhan


Should we exercise during Ramadhan?

Exercising in general helps you de-stress and also improves your well-being. However with 13 hours with no possible replenishment is it a bad idea to exercise?

The real answer is yes we should still exercise regardless. However, we do have to adjust our schedules accordingly during this month. Instead of having a heavy session during the day, why not maintain with light routines like brisk walking 15-20 minutes a day.

If you would like to maintain your routine as before Ramadhan, you can consider exercising before you start your terawih prayers or if you prefer after!
