Not getting enough rest?

Breaking fast and doing your daily terawih and/or night prayers does take a toll on your body. You wake up for "sahur" tired and even try to catch an hour after subuh. You do it to divulge yourself in the month filled with blessings.

We however must not neglect our daily activities and responsibilities we have. Plan out your time after work to ensure you get the best of rest while still maintaining the quality prayers in the evening. Be it taking a rest and waking up later in the night or doing it after solat ishak, ensure enough rest to enjoy a fulfilling day.
