Staying late in the office?
Tight deadlines may be coming but that isn't an excuse for you to break your fast later. Rather than being stuck in the office with no food, why not pack light with a small box of dates with a bottle of water.
It is highly encouraged to break your fast as soon as the call to prayer is heard during dusk even with as little as dates and water.
